A licensed realtor since 1979, Marianne has been among the top 5 real estate agents in Squamish since 1990 and in 2002/2003/2004 was the number one realtor for the Squamish/Sunshine Coast/Whistler area. Her family (Mortensen) moved to Squamish in 1962 and there she grew up enjoying all the outdoor activities that the Sea to Sky corridor had to offer (mostly skiing, swimming and hiking). After graduating, Marianne went on to UBC where she received a B.Sc. in Psychology and then in 1979 received her real estate license.
